What We Do

At North Texas Online Sale, we offer a no-drama, no-flaky-buyers local online "garage sale" platform that makes it easy for you to sell your gently-used, quality items.

Simply bring your item(s) to us, and we’ll handle the listing, storing, coordinating with buyers, and payment processing to make selling your items a breeze, so that you don't have to lift a finger - except to drop it off.

We retain 50% of the final sale price as our commission for doing all the legwork (and keyboard smashing). You get the other half and your space back. All items must be dropped off at our location, and once we give the thumbs-up, we’ll do our best to get it sold faster than your grandma’s Tupperware at a yard sale.

What We Accept

We're all about quality. We don't want "found on the side of the road and sprayed Febreeze on it to make a buck" items.

We only accept items that are:

• Clean - like, actually clean, not “I wiped it with a wet washcloth” clean

• Gently used or like new - if it’s been "loved hard," then it should retire, not resell

• Fully functional - if it plugs in, we expect lights, beeps, or sparks of joy, but not actual sparks

• Structurally sound - if it’s held together by duct tape and a prayer, it’s not making the cut

What Happens if Your Item Doesn't Sell?

We’ll hustle to sell your stuff, but we’re not miracle workers. If it doesn’t move:

• We’ll hit you up with options, whether that is slashing the price, relisting, or having you come grab your treasure.

• After 60 days, you will be contacted. If you go radio silent on us, then your item might find a new home or a new life as someone else’s donation

What We DO NOT Accept

We’re all for a good bargain, but this isn't a town dump. If it’s sketchy, stinky, or straight-up illegal, please leave it in your trunk. Here’s what we will not accept:

• “Well-loved” items - Ripped, broken, smelly, stained, or if it looks like it’s been through more drama than a daytime soap, we’ll pass

• Hazardous materials - If it might summon smoke, sparks, or the fire marshal, it’s not our kind of hot item

• Personal hygiene stuff - if it’s touched body parts and isn’t sealed in plastic, it’s an automatic nope

• Mattresses or squishy furniture - this should be self-explanatory. We're not going to get into it, but YOU know why we don't want your mattress.

• Expired food or drinks - even if it’s artisanal, organic, or “only a little expired," we still don't want it

• Weapons, ammo, or anything that belongs in a Jason Bourne movie - we sell knick-knacks, not evidence

What The Commission Charge!?

• We handle all the work from storage, listing creation, buyer communication, taxes, inquiries, and pickups. We take care of the time-consuming parts so you don’t have to. Our 50% commission reflects the time, space, and effort required to get your items sold.

How to Sell With Us

EACH ITEM HAS TO HAVE A SEPARATE FORM SUBMISSION.

IF YOU HAVE 10+ ITEMS THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SELLING, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL.

Information that will be required to fill out the form is:

• Clear photos from all sides (front, back, sides, close-up if needed)

• Dimensions (height, width, depth)

• Your desired price (we’ll advise if a more marketable price is recommended)

• Your contact info

Once we say “yes” to your item, it gets a shiny spot on our page. We do all the talking, texting, and negotiating. You get paid when it sells. We do reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our quality standards.
