Please make sure to read this before purchasing items. All Terms & Conditions will be as follows:
All Sales are Final
All items are sold on a final sale basis. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason once payment has been processed.
Sold "As-Is"
Items are sold in "as-is" condition, with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to purchase or ask for additional pictures or information. No claims will be accepted for defects, flaws, or malfunctions once the sale is completed.
Non-Reversible Payment
Once payment has been submitted and processed, the transaction is non-reversible and non-refundable. Disputes or chargebacks will not be honored unless required by applicable law.
No Guarantees on Functionality or Condition
While we strive to describe items accurately, all representations (verbal, written, or photographic) are for reference only and do not guarantees. The buyer assumes all risk related to item condition and performance.
Pickup Responsibility
Buyer is solely responsible for arranging pickup in Sherman, TX, within the agreed-upon timeframe. Items not collected within the specified period may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal without refund.
All purchased items must be retrieved within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Standard pickup hours are as follows:
Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Pickup dates and times may be adjusted only by prior arrangement. Buyers must provide a specific pickup date and time in advance if requesting an adjustment. Failure to pick up items within the 7-day window, or failure to arrange an alternate time before the deadline, will result in the item being forfeited without refund. No early pickups or drop-ins outside of this timeframe will be accomodated.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon payment and/or pick-up, whichever occurs first. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the item leaves our possession.
No Holds Without Full Payment
Items will not be held or reserved without payment in full. Verbal agreements do not constitute a sale
Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
Buyer Responsibility
Items may be dusty, require cleaning, or minor repairs. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to clean, restore, or repair the purchased item. The seller is not liable for the current or future condition or usability of any item.
